國泰金台大徵才　年薪破百萬

台大今天舉行校園徵才，國壽副總林昭廷說，今年國泰金預計徵才內勤300人，外勤業務員6000人，其中招募儲備幹部35人，也會在上海當地找3~5人儲備幹部，儲備幹部第一年的年薪加上年終獎金就可超過百萬。
 
林昭廷說，國泰提供生育加上結婚津貼3萬2000元，可說是業界最高。儲備幹部需接受3年半訓練，到各部門輪調，也希望他們未來可以到國外據點當主管。
 
另外，新光金也將找100名內勤、15名儲備幹部與3000名業務員。﹙林巧雁／台北報導﹚
