恫嚇燒出版社 高中生羈押撤銷

卓姓高中生不滿6年來小說作品遭出版社退稿17次，在臉書嗆聲要燒掉曾替九把刀出書的蓋亞文化公司、殺總編輯。卓涉恐嚇、煽惑犯罪，上月7日落網，他自稱有兩名共犯，遭法院羈押禁見；士林地檢署4月3日聲請撤銷羈押，卓已獲釋放。

檢方指出，卓事後改口「2名共犯」是他編造出來的；近1個月追查，檢、警未查到共犯資訊，羈押原因消滅。卓姓高中生因冒用多人臉書帳號發言，另涉多起妨害名譽案，檢方一併偵辦中。

卓姓高中生2月25日在臉書成立「寫小說都沒被重視，出版社去死一死啦」粉絲團，聲稱3月9日要放火燒退他稿件的蓋亞文化。為營造多人響應假象，他冒用多名網友身分發文，並上傳防彈背心、菜刀圖片，威脅要砍下蓋亞總編輯的頭。
