美俄對烏克蘭政府軍行動反應兩極

俄羅斯針對烏克蘭政府軍15日對東部的親俄民兵發動攻擊，美國及俄羅斯的反應兩極。美國白宮稱讚烏克蘭軍隊在東部展開的「適度」行動，俄國外交部認為這是最糟糕的情況。

白宮發言人表示，烏克蘭東部挑釁行動所造成的情況，使烏克蘭政府必須有所因應。烏克蘭政府有責任維持國內的法律與秩序。

俄羅斯外交部人權代表杜爾戈夫則表示，「我們對這項報導高度關切。所發生的事件開始朝最糟糕的情況發展。」
