（中央社烏克蘭斯拉揚斯克27日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭東部斯拉揚斯克市（Slaviansk）親俄分離主義分子拘押了8名歐洲觀察員，其中1人今晚被護送上歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）車子，這輛歐洲安全合作組織車子隨後疾駛離開。

斯拉揚斯克市府外的路透社記者說，這名觀察員在3位男子護送下走出來，隨即上了1輛歐洲安全合作組織的白色吉甫車，揚長而去。

歐洲安全合作組織拒絕回答記者任何問題。

斯拉揚斯克分離主義派市長的發言人克洛謝娃（Stella Khorosheva）告訴記者，獲釋放離開的觀察員是瑞典人，「他有中度糖尿病，因此我們決定放他走」。

詢以這名觀察員是否今天唯一獲釋的人，克洛謝娃回說：「是的。」103042
