蔣偉寧：東海曾積極關懷鄭捷　但鄭不出席

教育部長蔣偉寧今在立法院教育文化委員會接受綠委陳亭質詢時表示，東海大學5月9日為鄭捷召開諮商會議後，決定積極關懷鄭捷，期間班導師兩度安排活動，並邀他參加，但鄭皆未出席，校方都有提出相關建議。蔣偉寧說，相關制度都有，但應該要實實在在深化與落實，才能發揮效用。（陳威廷／台北報導）
