西點女軍官洪琬婷 在陸軍表現優異

國軍在台首位送訓美國西點軍校，順利畢業返國服務的李武陵上尉，傳出申請退伍，第二位完成西點學業返國的陸軍上尉洪琬婷發展現況備受關注。軍方晚間表示，洪琬婷目前任職於陸軍八軍團七五資電群，擔任群部連上尉連長，工作與發展現況相當優異。

軍方透露，洪琬婷2007年自西點軍校返國後，先擔任少尉，一年後晉升中尉，三年後順利晉升上尉，她擁有美國蒙特瑞國際事務學院口譯碩士學位，但依國軍人事法規，須進入正規班後，明年才晉升少校。而洪琬婷目前還沒有進入正規班，明年也才能晉升少校。立法院傳出她已晉升少校，係屬誤傳。
