扯！含咖啡因飲料　竟將咖啡因列營養成分

台北市衛生局今公布今年4～6月到連鎖賣場、超市、超商等通路，稽查「含咖啡因飲料」標示結果，共稽查3462件，其中4件濾掛式咖啡、1件咖啡粉標示不合格，包括知名業者「鮮一杯」濾掛咖啡有3件未標示原產地，「慕南咖啡粉」未標示咖啡因含量，及「哥倫比亞MDSL濾泡式掛耳咖啡」違規將咖啡因標示為營養成分，衛生局已要求違規產品限期回收改正，且改正前不得販售，屆期未改正者依《食品安全衛生管理法》可重罰300萬元。
 
北市衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，依規定咖啡、沖泡式咖啡粉等須標示原產地，且咖啡因含量以每100毫升為單位標示，咖啡因含量低於20毫克者，可以「20mg/100mL以下」標示，宣稱低咖啡因飲料之飲品，其每100毫升的咖啡因含量應在2毫克以下，且咖啡因非營養品，不得列入營養標示。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
