港人買11坪窩 要不吃不喝14年

一項研究指出，香港過去一年整體生活素質下降，市民要不吃不喝14.19年，才能在九龍區買11.4坪的房子，買房能力創下12年來最低。

新華社報導，香港中文大學生活質素研究中心13日公布2013年「中大香港生活質素指數」，結果顯示，香港過去一年整體生活素質下降，物業負擔能力創12年來最差，一般市民不吃不喝14.19年，才有能力購買市區一套約11.4坪的住房。

「中大香港生活質素指數」由3組分類指數組成，分別是社會、經濟和環境，合共21個指標。經濟項目內的物業負擔能力比率、實質租金指數均創歷史新低，前者更已連續4年呈負數。

在物業負擔能力方面，以現在樓價和香港家庭收入中位數計算，一個家庭要不吃不喝14.19年才可買到一個400呎的單位（約11.4坪）。
