俄Rosneft向政府申貸420億美元

英國BBC網站報導，俄羅斯國營能源公司Rosneft已向俄國政府要求貸款420億美元，以協助因應西方國家制裁的衝擊。

俄國政府表示，未來兩周內會考慮Rosneft執行長謝欽（Igor Sechin）提出的請求。

歐美國家對俄羅斯進行經濟制裁，已限制Rosneft籌資的能力。因此，Rosneft已向管理俄國退休金的國家財富基金（National Wealth Fund）提出申貸要求。

美國上個月已對Rosneft以及俄國第二大天然氣生產商Novatek祭出制裁措施。美國與歐盟也採取措施，限制對俄國石油產業的科技銷售。

俄國的出口幾乎全是原物料，其中約60%是能源產品。
