最新研究 神經質者創意表現佳

一般人對於「神經質的人」有負面的印象，但根據成大一項最新研究顯示，處在負面情緒當中時，神經質的人與一般人相比，反而更有創意、能把事情做好。

成大創意產業設計研究所副教授劉世南與新加坡團隊合作，進行這項研究，成果刊登在國際期刊上，被指是「自弗洛伊德以來，對於神經質（neuroticism）與創意之間關係的矛盾看法，提出新的見解」。

劉世南表示，過去心理學研究認為，焦慮與自我批評等負面情緒有害創意，快樂情緒則有助創意表現，但研究針對受測者實際進行評量發現，神經質性格的人從事創意工作時，若處在焦慮、憂慮等負面情緒下，表現反而更好；但非神經質性格的人處於負面情緒，創意表現就不那麼理想。
