記帳業者年底前需完成逾24小時專業訓練

財政部提醒，103年度尚未參加專業訓練，或專業訓練時數尚不足24小時的記帳及報稅代理業者，應在年底前完成專業訓練，以便取得104年度繼續執業的資格。

財政部指出，依據規定，記帳及報稅代理業務人未完成專業訓練課程、時數或經考評不合格者，次年度不得繼續執業；其擅自執行業務者，應依記帳士法第34條規定處罰。

即擅自執行業務者，應由主管機關處3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰，受處分三次以上，仍繼續從事記帳士業務者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科15萬元以下罰金。
