永成劣油案人頭公司負責人檢方請回

嘉義地檢署偵辦劣油案正義公司上游廠商永成物料公司，羈押負責人蔡鎮州及副總經理蔡耀鋐，今天傳喚蔡鎮州用親戚名義經營的三家人頭公司負責人，僅「加拾伊」商行負責人陳姓女子到案，她是蔡的小姨子，供稱只是掛名負責人，檢察官複訊晚間6點請回，將再傳另2家負責人到案，拒不到案不排除拘提。

永成3家人頭商行負責人都是蔡鎮州親戚，包括「旭日友」傅姓男子是其表弟；「元六亦」負責人是其大哥；「加拾伊」陳女是蔡妻子的妹妹，檢方以證人傳喚3名商行負責人，警方今天到3人住家帶回，問傅男及蔡大哥家人去處，家人都說「人不在家，不知去那？」，到案陳女坦承是掛名負責人，對案情及油品流向不清楚，移送檢察官複訊，釐清相關案情後請回。
