江明修、陳淑芬發誓反貪瀆

無黨籍苗栗縣長候選人江明修發起「反貪腐，救家鄉」行動，獲得另一無黨籍縣長候選人陳淑芬響應，兩人今天到苗栗市玉清宮關聖帝君前發誓，兩人上表三拜三跪起誓，如果當選縣長，若縣府一級主管或政務官涉貪，將立即連坐負責、請辭下台，向縣民負起最高的政治與道德責任。

江明修並提出反貪腐六大政見主張，包括財產信託、人事公開、財政透明、民主審議、社會參與、人民檢舉。
