官網有提到::關火後可繼續滾80分鐘*，不用怕滷東西煮稀飯忘了關火引發危險，燉滷煮煨悶，一鍋搞定，安全又省錢。

今天看到有人提到::負壓狀態使沸點降低，沸騰，只能說是假象(壓力降低沸點也會下降)，溫度還是持續下降中。放入水中，內部空氣溫度下降，更低壓，使物品沸騰更嚴重，應該不是溫度造成的。

有大大有用過的心得嗎?

單純消費者，物理沒學好，有物理高手大大幫解嗎?
