政策刺激日股奪上周吸金王

回顧上周全球資金流向，成熟市場中僅日股逆勢吸金，淨流入11.59億美元，不僅創下近4周單周吸金之最，也成為上周全球吸金王。新興市場部分，亞洲(不含日本)吸金6.59億美元，連續第二周淨流入。

摩根日本基金經理人羅勃‧羅伊德(Robert Lloyd)指出，11月日本央行擴大量化寬鬆政策，隨著GDP陷入連續兩季衰退，日本政府也宣布延後調漲消費稅並提前解散眾議院，多項政策促使11月來，日經225指數上漲超過5%，並站上17000點關卡，國際資金持續回流下，刺激日股震盪走高。

摩根泛亞太股票入息基金經理人顏榮宏表示，日本加大寬鬆規模，對全球市場挹注大量流動性，資金外溢效應使得有成長優勢的亞洲(不含日本)同步受惠，不僅連續兩周資金淨流入，也成為上周三大新興市場中，唯一吸金的區域。
