網路吃到飽但無法連線(急~~

我的手機是華碩ZenFone5
電信業者是遠傳
我有吃到飽
然後前陣子手機當機回原廠評估
他就換一支新的給我
但網路原本可以連線
現在只要用LINE或Facebook就顯示未連接網路
我有開行動數據但還是一樣
我該怎麼做????
