桃園一名毒品、竊盜前科45歲謝姓男子，2日開車前往車行假藉檢查輪胎，持水果刀威脅車行老闆，並從身上搶得4800元。8日謝姓嫌犯又假藉買彩券從彩券行搶得41張彩券，總價11000元，駕車逃逸後還前往附近加油站加霸王油，謝嫌態度兇惡使被害人當下不敢反抗，接連多次犯案得逞。

中壢警方根據監視器，鎖定車號跟監，10日上午接獲線報發現謝嫌與李姓妻子正在大溪某處工地準備進行毒品交易，警方也發現2人正好在偷電纜線，同仁前往現場圍捕順利逮捕謝嫌，並起獲贓物電纜線2綑、黏著劑2包。

警方訊後發現嫌犯還涉有平鎮多起搶案，2人依強盜、搶奪、詐欺、竊盜等罪移送。
