巢運今日上午在立院召開記者會，嚴正駁斥建商及部分立委反對不動產稅改的言論，呼籲財政部「房地合一實價課稅」應依照先前承諾，如期推動，否則將採取一波波行動「不要低估巢運與民眾對不動產稅改的期待」。

對於房地合一稅改，巢運要求，「政府不能退，「利」委不要擋，建商閃邊去，並對國民黨與民進黨提出警告，要求兩黨正視不當房產稅制對台灣社會、經濟之傷害，要警惕高房價民怨下人民選票的制裁。

巢運指出，國民黨遭逢慘敗若不思檢討改革，繼續選擇與「地產金權」站在一起扼殺稅改，必將遭逢更大民意反撲滅頂。民進黨如不願積極推動而任由稅改原地踏步，只想座收馬執政無能之利來重新執政，第三力量起而代之幾可預期！

就稅改及其它房市改革政策法案，巢運將會分別拜會兩政黨及立院黨團，具體表達意見看法。希望財政部也應勇於修正目前的方案，才有可能真正抑制投機炒作，符合全民期待。
