手機未到期，想解約

Q1:個人有兩隻手機門號，一隻門號是某家電信 "純通話最低月租"續約綁兩年每月329 (純通話"不上網" )，明年十一月中到期，我這隻門號用三年了，但這幾個月已經很少發話，每個月就繳基本月租費...
解約金至今日為止要2638.想說要直接解約? 還是有其他家攜碼回饋專案讓我能"降低資費"繼續使用?

Q2:另一手機為今年初綁另一家"輕鬆系列方案333 * 兩年"，加購手機SONY L另付"5440"，想請問當初這樣搭是否買貴了? SONY L手機行情讓身邊朋友說買空機另外搭資費還比較划算...><...>

請幫我分析!!!
