衛福部藏有「頂新門神」嗎？

近日「頂新門神」又成熱門話題。自由時報12月31日DD8刊載「健康食譜防癌保腸壽」一文，作者台大醫院營養師陳乃嘉提到根據行政院衛福部統計，在短短一年內罹患大腸癌的人數就增加了1552人，約12.4%。

前述數據不知道是哪一年的資料？尤其令人感到驚奇的是，衛福部2013年11月12日更新資料如下：

有關2012年、2013年大腸癌發生率的官方數據，本人11月12日撰文「請早日公布99年至102年大腸癌資料」。11月中旬起透過立法委員找資料，也沒有結果，令人難以相信2012年、2013年的大腸癌發生率是國家重要機密嗎？為什麼不公布。

本人2014年11月10日撰文「再談黑心油與大腸癌發生率」，由生化病理學觀點，大腸癌的發生率急增與黑心油氾濫，有密切的相關性。2012年、2013年大腸癌發生率的官方公布數據，一直成謎，不知原因何在？是否衛福部也藏有「頂新門神」？引人質疑。
