大都會網咖的網路電視軟體

我之前去楠梓軍校路上的一間大都會網咖，因為一時無聊就翻翻看有什麼軟體可以用

結果發現一個網路電視軟體，不用開網頁，像PPS一樣，不過是看台灣第四台頻道

的，而且畫質清晰又不卡，訊號十分穩定，

但我忘了那軟體的名字，

最近想用電腦看看電視頻道(台灣第四台)，所以想請教一下有人知道這間大都會網咖用的程式要去哪裡找嗎?
