禽流感補償 屏東啟動評價機制

行政院農業委員會今天訂出禽流感補償標準，依評價委員評價全額補助，屏東縣政府上午立刻啟動評價機制。

屏東縣長潘孟安表示，農委會今天上午將補償標準送達縣政府，補償標準依評價委員評價後，全額補助，評價委員由禽類公會、獸醫和縣政府組成，屏東縣到今天一共撲殺89場雞鴨鵝，初估補償金額上億元，中央和地方各出一半。

潘孟安指出，農委會規定，要主動通報的飼主才有補助，農委會目前並沒有規定要合格場，因此，目前不論合格或不合格的禽場都會補助。

潘孟安並表示，為了遏阻疫情蔓延，已建請中央設南部檢疫站，而縣政府今天開始，也在屏東萬丹鄉八八快速道路下及里港鄉里嶺大橋設臨時檢疫站，進出的禽類都要檢查。
