【更新】魏應充今彰檢開庭　民眾台北隔空嗆聲

涉入黑油風暴的頂新前董事長魏應充，上月28日獲彰化地院交保，交保一個禮拜檢方提出抗告，台中高分院已撤銷交保裁定，發回彰化地方法院重新裁定。延押庭預定今天上午9時10分召開，將傳喚魏應充、頂新前總經理常梅峯、代理董事長陳茂嘉和越南大幸福公司老闆楊振益等4人，以釐清有無羈押之必要性。

上月底以1億元重金交保的魏應充，每天早上都前往居住地的轄區派出所報到，有抗議民眾連日來在派出所外等著嗆他，包括送黑心油等，但魏始終臭臉不發一語。

因延押庭召開，魏應充今早並未現身新生南派出所，一早就有約10名民眾前來，將以行動劇表達不滿，要拉布條走到帝寶大樓前面嗆聲。（突發中心／台北報導）
