新北市(雙)鵬公司遭檢舉混用飼料雞血製成鴨血，台南市衛生局今天表示，台南下游都已下架封存及退貨，總量1541公斤。

台南市衛生局指出，(雙)鵬公司在北中南部都有據點，分別是新北市樹林區、台中市烏日區及屏東市3個據點；經調查，台南下游業者共有94家，多是小吃店、夜市、固定攤販及火鍋店。

部分業者說，(雙)鵬公司去年2月因排放廢水被報導後，他們就改用其他公司產品。

衛生局表示，(雙)鵬在台南的問題禽血原料及成品，都已下架封存及退貨。

另外，台糖量販店自行通報購買的(雙)鵬鴨血，去年12月至今年2月共進貨鴨血塊909塊，剩餘量封存158塊；麻辣鴨血249包，剩餘量封存61包；五更腸旺90包，剩餘量封存73包，衛生局已通知下架，將監督銷毀。
