標題[問片] 請問一部有關潛水艇的電影

這部片子應該很久了 記得的劇情應該是: 有某個團體, 意圖挑起中國與英國之間的紛爭 這個團體先讓英國的潛水艇(? 抱歉真的忘了) 還是船隻進入中國領海 但該艘船(或潛水艇)判定自己的座標在公海上 後來這個團體又發射一種武器, 去破壞英國(or 中國 ? 真的忘了) 的潛水艇 這種武器給我的印象非常深刻, 它不是魚雷 卻像是一種鑽頭 (有點類似駭客任務裡機器大軍進攻 Zion 城的鑽頭) 那時候 (10幾年前) 在路邊的電視牆看到的劇情大抵如此 也只看到這裡了 有神人知道這部片嗎 ? --
