西藏登聖母峰　擬徵環保費

尼泊爾登山季本周開啟，每年登山季登山客留下的垃圾和屎尿成嚴重汙染問題，西藏自治區登山管理中心表示計畫從今年起向登山客收取環保費用，每人100美元至200美元（約台幣3160元到6320元）。

近年來，西藏和尼泊爾方面就聖母峰環保問題進，雙方共同推出相關措施，比如向登山者收取保證金，要求他們必須帶一定重量的垃圾下山，一旦沒有達到要求，保證金將被沒收等措施，但效果不彰。今年登山管理中心將加強對登山者的監督，希望從源頭扼制聖母峰環境污染。

1953年紐西蘭的攀登者艾德蒙和他的夏爾巴嚮導諾蓋是首次登上聖母峰的人，至今已有超過4000名登山者成功登頂。2014年共180多人前往西藏攀登聖母峰，其中有120人成功登頂。2015年西藏春季登山季將於4月開始。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
