越南看護工　6月可望重新開放

凍結10年越南家庭看護工、漁工6月可望開放。勞動部證實，為了因應印尼後年可能停止輸出勞工，勞動部近期將與越南舉行部長會議，若談判順利，最快6月份就可重新開放越南家庭看護工、漁工來台。

勞動部次長陳益民表示，當初是因為越南外勞在台逃跑嚴重而決定禁止輸入，但越南去年對逃跑外勞祭出重罰後，逃跑率已經下降。依統計，2004年凍結越勞輸入時，逃跑率約11%，去年底已經降到5.77%。

陳益民說，去年因為越南發生排華暴動，讓越勞解凍政策有些延宕。勞動部預計本月底與越南舉行工作小組會議討論解凍事宜，若順利的話，4、5月就可安排部長會議，若取得共識，6月可望正式宣布解凍。

我國目前家事外勞約22萬人，其中印尼外勞約有17.6萬人，佔比高達79%；越南僅約2萬人。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
