北韓：核武攻擊能力 不是美國獨有

根據路透社，北韓駐英國大使今天告訴天空新聞網（Sky News），北韓有能力發射核武，若遭受攻擊會使用核彈報復。

北韓駐英大使玄鶴峰在倫敦的大使館告訴天空新聞網：「核武攻擊能力不是美國獨有。」

被詢及這是否代表北韓現在有能力發射核彈，他回答：「是的，隨時。」

「如果美國攻擊我們，我們應該還擊。我們對傳統戰爭有傳統戰爭的準備，對核戰也有核戰的準備。我們不好戰，但也不畏戰。」
