美國經濟逐步復甦，統一投顧認為美國房市復甦趨勢明確，樂觀看待美國經濟成長。

隨著美國房市及車市之銷售狀況回溫，企業下單轉為積極，帶動7月份ISM 製造業及服務業指數大幅上揚；近期經濟數據普遍良好，尤其房市數據未受到房貸利率上揚的衝擊，表現較預期更穩健。

有鑑於此，統一投顧對美國下半年製造業的看法較先前樂觀，可望維持低速擴張，而服務業景氣預估在美國消費信心增強及就業回升下，有更穩健的表現；就中長期而言，考量美國房市復甦趨勢明確，對美國經濟維持正面看法。
