(有錢,磨至少有機會動吧~) 不能建議主管- 願意表演的人.尾牙活動前一個月的加班時間可盡量減少些(非正常班.) 不能溝通同事- 想辦法把活動作些簡化.至少有東西,老闆應該也不會不爽! 去年的人怎麼演,不代表今年的人就應該怎樣. 這不是正常的工作表現. 難道貴公司有員工因尾牙表演的非常精彩,年後升官加薪!? 阿如果不表演,就要砍人! 那你也不用期待留下來的人,他可能真的走投無路. 最後,幹福委很辛苦! 但~幹得好,你的人際會很順. 不要被同事當成走狗 又被主管嫌辦事不力 幹得雙頭空.累得像頭狗! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.136.71.150
