簡易都更新法上路　152坪可申請

【郭寶懃／台北報導】「簡易都更」新規定今日上路，規定基地面積約152坪，只要新北市境內三重等地的老公寓，並且住戶100%同意，就可以提出申請，而且容積獎勵最高可以拉到20%。

新北市政府城鄉發展局局長張璠指出，只要位於住宅區及商業區的老厝社區，面積達152坪，經全體土地及合法建築物所有權人同意後，且符合現況態樣、臨路條件及重建後環境要求，申請人即可免經「都市更新」法定程序，依循「都市設計審議委員會進行審查及辦理建照申請」程序，獲得15%或20%的獎勵容積。
