神農沙茶魷魚羹 消費時間：2014/04/04 地址：台灣宜蘭縣宜蘭市健康路二段122號 電話：(03)9362652 營業時間：11:00~20:00 圖文網誌：http://netpp.blogspot.tw/2014/04/blog-post_9.html 宜蘭的北門鍋或是林場肉羹一直是人氣很高的一家店 但是身為宜蘭人的友人卻是獨愛這間肉羹 它離天天來水餃不遠 所以我們就先吃完水餃再過來喝湯 店裡來來往往的客人不少 不過因為大家都吃得很快 所以其實也不太需要等待 菜單也很簡單 就是飯、麵羹的組合 因為已經吃過了水餃 所以我們就單純只喝湯而已 肉羹 這裡的肉羹可以吃到一整塊的肉 不像我以往吃到的都是那種打成漿的 整個就可以吃到肉塊Q彈的口感 湯頭的部分喝起來清甜 也不會太過濃稠 魷魚羹 多了沙茶及九層塔的香味 但是沙茶味又不會太重而搶了原本湯頭的甜味 魷魚口感且是相當的脆彈 相當的好吃 吃辣的人也可以加一點他們家的辣椒增添一些香氣！ 從小到大機乎都是吃到肉漿做成的肉羹 口感不是很愛 所以我一直都不是很愛吃肉羹這類的食物 不過宜蘭這裡的肉羹都可以吃到完整的肉塊口感 連不愛吃羹的我都覺得好吃！ 之後有機會再來和其他家的肉羹來做比較看看！ -- ＊ ＊ __ ＊ .-----.-----| |_.-----.-----. ＊ | | -__| _| _ | _ | ＊ |__|__|_____|____| __| __| ＊ |__| |__| ＊ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.135.212.200 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1397102907.A.170.html
