曹佑寧因為飾演電影KANO男主角而竄紅，近期代表輔仁大學參加比賽倍受關注，這回他受邀擔任電視台新節目首集嘉賓，面對主播群的挑戰，他喊話「從小打棒球到大，一定會把主播們全部K掉」。

FOX體育台的世界體育中心開創新單元，將前往台灣各地挑戰各項運動高手，開播第1集找上當紅炸子雞曹佑寧，由主播群跟電影王牌投手「阿基拉」上演投打對決。

面對挑戰，比賽開始前曹佑寧就先喊話，「從小打棒球到大，一定會把主播們全部K掉」。

跟平時嚴肅的比賽大不相同，錄影過程中充滿歡樂，曹佑寧說：「跟體育台主播們打球真的很開心，跟平常比賽完全不一樣，但是面對他們真的很緊張，好怕球會丟到人」。

有著國手資歷的曹佑寧，曾在2012年IBAF世界青棒賽跟日職火腿隊的「二刀流」大谷翔平同場對決。回憶當時，曹佑寧認為大谷翔平真的超強，是那時日本隊的當家第4棒。
