淡馬錫剝離36個私募基金注入新投資平台 仍為最大股東

新加坡主權投資基金淡馬錫控股9日宣佈，該公司已將36個私募基金剝離，注入一個與其他投資者合作的投資平台，讓更多投資者可以與淡馬錫分享投資機會。這個新成立的投資平台公司名為Astrea II，除淡馬錫外，還有6個合作投資者，其中包括一個負責運營這個私募股權投資平台的投資者。不過，淡馬錫持有投資平台38%的權益，仍是最大的單一股東。

淡馬錫在2006年首次嘗試剝離一部份私募股權投資，注入一個名為Astrea I的合作投資平台，以便讓更多投資者分享投資機會。

淡馬錫在2013年3月底旗下的投資組合總值為2150億新元（1720億美元），主要是直接的權益投資。不過，淡馬錫的資產也有約10%是投資在第三方管理的基金。
