高雄市區一夜大雨 災區大淹水

這真的是屋漏偏逢連夜雨，高雄氣爆後，災民家園還沒來得及恢復，今天清晨三點左右市區開始降下豪大雨，累積雨量超過200毫米，因為颱風哈隆引進西南氣流，氣象局針對台南以南發布大雨特報，災區道路因為被炸毀，沒有排水功能，清晨二聖路和平至英明路段淹水，水深及膝，國軍動員橡皮艇救援，所幸天亮之後雨勢稍緩，高雄市長陳菊還親自到現場勘災，市府凌晨宣布，災區8學校停課。
