標題[問題] 桃園市上熱瑜珈的教室

大家好 最近回高雄放暑假 開始有接觸到瑜珈課程 我是買一個月體驗課 有點類似健身房概念的瑜珈會館 只要時間內課表的課都可以上 不限制堂數 而且我覺得不錯的是 教室都有準備瑜珈墊跟毛巾 不需自備 同時也體驗了異於一般課程的熱瑜珈 效果很棒耶~ 汗流滿身但全身通體舒暢阿!! 9月份即將回桃園工作 很想繼續保持這項運動 更想維持一周一次熱瑜珈課程 請問一下桃園市區有沒有這種教室呢? 不然就要考慮參加健身房 網路上好像說極限有會員制的課程? 請大家推薦一下不錯的瑜珈教室 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.70.110.251 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Taoyuan/M.1407225102.A.F2E.html
