大雨不斷 馬江取消南下行程

行政院上午發布訊息，表示因南部地區大雨不斷，現應集中人力以淹水救災為重，原訂莫拉克重建委員會卸牌典禮及科工館莫拉克風災展示館開館儀式，總統以及行政院長將不出席。
