鳳凰颱風出海　全台陸警解除

「詭颱」鳳凰昨天晚上10點掠過三貂角後隨即出海，氣象局今晨5點半率先解除台灣、澎湖陸上颱風警報，上午8點半解除海上颱風警報。
 
受到颱風影響，今天位處迎風面的北部、東北部仍有較大雨勢；颱風逐漸遠離後改吹西南風，全台各地仍有短暫陣雨發生的機會。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
