烏東頓內次克遭砲擊 1紅會人員喪生

烏克蘭東部被親俄民兵控制的頓內次克市中心2日遭到砲擊，一枚迫擊砲擊中國際紅十字會辦公室，炸死一名瑞士籍的紅十字會救援人員。

這是自9月5日烏東達成停火後，頓內次克市中心首度遭到砲擊。最近烏東戰事再起，停火已名存實亡。
