〔自由時報記者劉慶侯／台北報導〕台北市南港地區角頭曾敏志、陳勇全 ，在大哥熊普慶因恐嚇建商勒索，被警方依治平對象檢肅後，立即接手「上位」，涉嫌繼續向南港區各建商施壓勒索，再被台北市刑警大隊偵一隊檢肅緝捕。

警方調查，熊嫌旗下左右手曾敏志、陳勇全為持續霸佔南港區地盤，去年10月間由陳勇全帶23歲手下李蘊庭，前往「中國信託總部大樓地下室主體工程」工地，假借施工單位仍使用他們所屬的公司，強搶施工單位的「棄土聯單」。

曾敏志到案時，一度以「太陽花學運我是支持方仰寧的」、「有在臉書按讚」等企圖套交情，警方笑笑回應「等一下請你吃好一點的便當」。
