標題[心得] 原大省333 升533 轉4G

因為最近4G首航吃到飽快結束了 就跑去看一下自己的網路用量 摁... 用了3.8G..............可使用3.5G ... 欸? 不對吧!! 怎麼只有3.5G可使用 !?? (( 從大省533 升上去4G 應該有5.5G可用 )) 而且越看越奇怪 上面寫著4G 936型 可是到首航合約一看用936對下去，怎麼對也對不到原本的方案 於是找了客服 ((文字客服連不進去，電話跟網路客服都要等超久 才知道升4G後，會依原本合約跑，就是一開始辦的大省333 只是關於顯示的部分，會寫936。但不影響收費.. 然後我的5G生活就沒了 崩╰(〒皿〒)╯潰 ---------- 後記 有跟客服抱怨了一下有點難打通 才知道今天中華他們內部網路有狀況 查個資料都要等個2~5分鐘 如果大家有打客服，記得要跟他們說聲辛苦囉 ~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.232.125.146 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1412068533.A.4CD.html
