旅美捕手張進德結束海盜隊舉辦的 「Early Camp」，回台後繼續進行自主訓練，備戰在海盜隊的第4個球季。回台備戰期間，也不忘回母校台中高農，更捐贈52雙比賽球鞋給母校球隊學弟，啟許大家棒球路雖艱難，但只要意志堅定，夢想總有一天會實現。
