第三方支付儲值 最快九月初開放

第三方支付開放非金融業者定案，經濟部商業司今天表示，今年底前將擬定專法草案送行政院；專法上路前，將先以既有「電子票證發行管理條例」管理，最快九月初，非金融業者就可開始提供儲值服務。

目前PChome旗下子公司PChomePay支付連已提供第三方支付信用卡代收服務，預期開放後將最先受惠；另外，歐付寶、藍新科技、弘陽科技，資本額雖尚未到規定的三億元門檻，也都有高度意願。
