波麗士批修法　「人民安全完蛋」

【法庭中心／台北報導】昨天《通保法》三讀通過，刑事局長林德華認為相關修法會讓人民安全「完蛋」，也是昨天唯一跳出來向立委據理力爭的波麗士大人，今天他出席檢警調巡聯合記者會，再度為民眾治安重砲抨擊該項修正。

警方表示，新法對於聲請監聽票的範圍，未納入最重本刑未滿3年有期徒刑的案件，辦案單位無法調閱通信紀錄及使用者資料，會造成跟民眾切身相關的輕罪難以偵辦。

警方說，這些輕罪包括：電話恐嚇、重利、網路公然侮辱、網路色情、誹謗、製造販賣妨害衛生物品、侵占手機等遺失物及電話騷擾、謊報災害、散布謠言、色情及地下錢莊廣告等違序行為。
