公務員公傷假考績丙 陳情考試院

一退撫會鄭姓員工民國101年2月4日在辦公大樓意外跌落樓梯重傷，昏迷兩個月，當年工作幾個月考績乙等，第二年幾乎請公傷假沒有工作，考績被打丙等，他向全體考試委員陳情，考試院會會上午討論此案，認為鄭姓員工依循正常管道跟退撫會和保訓會申訴，但未來類似情形是否因個案情況有例外考量，要求銓敘部檢討。
