標題[請問] 國慶典禮一般民眾可以參加嗎？

因為我跟日本朋友說 國慶當天從早上到下午都會有活動 早上在總統府有閱兵 晚上在台中，有國慶煙火 他跟我說他想去看煙火，我跟他說太遠 他問我要不要一起去看典禮， 國慶典禮一般有開放給民眾參觀嗎？ 印象中好像沒有，網路上也找不到資料 在台灣活了這麼久，從來沒有想過要去看啊~~~ 散戶、沒有事先登記的人也可以去看嗎？ 順便問一下，預演甚麼時候， 地點是？ 預演應該就可以看了吧？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.177.66.114 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1412357476.A.0EF.html
