中國大陸晶圓代工廠華力微電子今（15）日宣布，已接獲部分聯發科手機晶片訂單，雙方將在28奈米製程展開合作。

華力微表示，在28奈米製程合作前，已為聯發科的手機晶片、無線及連接IC等產品提供不同製程技術的支援。

華力為認為，藉由這次在28奈米技術及晶圓製造服務上的新合作，不僅有利於該公司加速完善28奈米製程平台，使其成為中國本土首批具備28奈米量產能力的晶圓代工企業之一，也將深化聯發科與中國大陸產業鏈的合作關係。

華力微資深副總裁舒奇表示，與聯發科達成這項合作，對華力微電子28奈米製程平台的完善以及行業競爭力的提升具有重要的意義。
