發生在南勢角的comebuy 下班應要求幫女友買鮮奶茶點完後恰巧後面一位女性顧客買了杯珍珠奶茶在等待的過程中發現店員在做女客人的珍珠奶茶居然是從塑膠杯裡倒出的珍珠(黏成一坨還要用抖的… 過去大學時期曾在飲料店打工的我看到著實傻眼… 珍珠煮熟洗淨後要泡在冷開水中保持其柔滑但會因時間關係珍珠吸水而有黏性也可能變酸 (不過珍珠煮好洗好一定要放水裡才不會珍珠互相自黏一般放水中約四小時就會開始吸水變黏有良心的商家會重煮換掉沒良心的加水硬攪繼續賣依此情況推論或許新珍珠正在煮但我有看到吧台前乾淨新鮮的小珍珠店員也沒主動推薦或是說明珍珠不好還知道另外裝在塑膠杯中要賣拿出來倒這樣感覺得到該店的素質很差看到comebuy這樣處理分明是不顧品質可憐了顧客各位版友買飲料請小心手機發布排版不體面請見諒 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.136.219.77 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ShuangHe/M.1418725305.A.846.html
