社運團體「滾動憲改」將氣球推進立院

今天是318學運周年，幾個社運團體晚上在立法院前濟南路舉行晚會，主辦單位特別準備寫有「憲政改革」的大氣球，讓民眾能「滾動憲改」，並將氣球推進立法院，希望能推動立法院憲政改革。
