羅智強證人身分赴北檢（2）

針對特偵組涉嫌違法監聽、洩密等相關案情，今（3）日北檢方面有重大發展，檢察總長黃世銘以「被告」身分正在北檢應訊；總統馬英九晚間也以證人身分到台北地檢署應訊，同時前總統府副秘書長羅智強，也以證人身分到庭應訊。但羅智強面對記者提問，什麼都不說，只是不斷的像鸚鵡學語一樣不斷重複，「我今天是以證人身分應訊，如果要說會再擇適當時機再說」。
這次北檢大動作的約談，最主要在釐清8.31總長赴官邸洩漏監聽譯文給總統，所以兵分三路來約談，據了解，黃世銘以「被告」身分出庭應訊，今晚6時左右走秘密通道進入北檢；目前有關馬英九總統也在今晚以證人身分應訊。羅智強則自行搭車前往北檢。
